Who We Are

EXONUT UGANDA LIMITED is a Private Limited Enterprise support Organisation (ESO) registered in Uganda with the Registrar of Companies under Registration Number 80020002768406, with its Head Office located at Plot 2 Rhino Camp Road, Arua City.

The company exists to provide Inclusive and tailored-made Resilient Business Development Services (RBDS) for Women, Youths and the Private sector in Uganda through a multi-sectoral Approach. We also provide a wide range of products and services to its clients, both private, Public, civil society and other Development Partners.

Since its inception, the company has positioned itself as the leading service provider of a wide range of professional consultancy services and a supplier of quality products that meet our clients’ needs and expectations.

We are a fast-growing company in Uganda with over 20 senior consultants and 150 clients in Uganda, a law-abiding and tax-compliant entity registered with the Uganda Revenue Authority under Tax Identification Number 1020099261.

The company has a board of Directors and a senior Management Team of professionals dedicated Senior Management responsible for the day-to-day operations. We have branches in Kampala, Mbale, Mubende, Busia, Gulu and Tororo districts.

Exonut Uganda Limited’s 5-year strategic plan hinges on 7 core Areas of provision of professional Consultancy services in Business Management, Financial Literacy, Financial Inclusion (VSLA, SILC, CMM), Mindset Change, market systems development, Agri-business, Baseline and end line Surveys, Project documentaries and soft skills for work readiness.

Capability Statement

Since its inception in 2020, the company has offered consultancy services in Financial Inclusion, Business management skills, Market systems development, outdoor catering, and Business development services to several development partners such as Aga-khan Foundation, Catholic Relief Services (CRS), Caritas International, World Education Inc. Bantwana, Mercy corps, Sky Financial services, Agency for Accelerated Regional Development(AFARD), Rural Financial Initiative (RUFI), Acre, Okeba Uganda Limited under Young Africa Works program funded by Mastercard Foundation, YALERO Uganda Limited, ZOA, SNV, Innovation Village, Plan international, Arua City Local Government, Terego District Local Government, among others.

We have extended Business development services and Financial Services to over 60,000 Women and Youth entrepreneurs through Access to credit and savings products, Financial Literacy and business skills training, Mentorship and coaching to grow Micro, Small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and supported the establishment of over 140 Business groups in rural areas of West Nile, Eastern and Central Uganda.

In the Areas Agribusiness, the company has over the years established and trained over 500 Farmer groups reaching out to 15,000 farmers in Horticulture, supported formation of Producer Business Associations, Market Linkages, Bulking, using Agro-agency Models, market systems development and private sector enegagement including collective marketing, Post harvest handling, Organic farming among other intervention Agri-business services.

We have 20 full-time staff, 9 professional Consultants, 5 regional Business leads in Business Development, Financial Inclusion, research and development, Monitoring, and evaluation and institutional development.
